Moss Creek Farm, created and cultivated by Annmarie Skin Care’s co-founders Kevin and Annmarie Gianni, is a small farm of gardens rooted in the mission to Grow. Gather. Give. In this sacred space are intentionally hand grown plants and herbs that not only get shared with the local community but also serve as the base of limited edition formulas in the Estate Blend Collection—a line of products that truly embody the seed-to-skin experience.

On a mission to Grow. Gather. Give.
Moss Creek Farm started with the vision to give back through the manifestations of growing and gathering. In creating a deep understanding and relationship with the plants grown, Moss Creek Farm believes in giving back to Mother Earth by adding nutrients back into our depleted soil, using this land and its harvest to connect with the local community through regular food donations and small intimate gatherings, and supplementing the Estate Blend Collection with organic and hand grown ingredients for a line of limited edition seed-to-skin products.

A full-circle seed-to-skin project
While Moss Creek Farm grows food for nourishment, one of its key projects is to grow and provide herbs and plants for products made in collaboration with Annmarie Skin Care. This collaboration with Moss Creek Farm was the perfect opportunity for us to take our proprietary process one step further by planting and growing the very seeds that get crafted into our line of high-vibrational, effective clean beauty products in the Estate Blend Collection.
THE ESTATE BLEND COLLECTION
A limited edition annual collaboration
Annmarie Skin Care, in collaboration with Moss Creek Farm, will release a line of limited edition products, known as the Estate Blend Collection. This blend features hand grown and harvested herbs—comfrey, St. John’s wort, echinacea, chamomile, lavender, wild rose, plantain, feverfew, and calendula—intended to offer protection for our skin, our hearts, and our being. It’s to give us permission to fully live in a natural high—courageous, creative, and heart-centered.

Moss Creek Farm is born
After searching for several locations in Western Connecticut, one stood out as the perfect place to make their dream a reality. The name Moss Creek farm actually comes from the bountiful moss growing along the creek.
SPRING 2020

Transforming the land
Annmarie and Kevin slowly begin transforming the land into their sacred space and healing the soil by replenishing nutrients back into the earth. Some seeds were started along with the giving garden, a perfect project during lockdown. Fun fact: Part of this transformation involved learning to use a tractor.

Planting the seeds
With a rejuvenated and replenished base of soil, Kevin and Annmarie begin planting more of their medicinal herbs for the upcoming collaboration with Annmarie Skin Care.

Planting the herbs for the Estate Blend Collection
After months of growing from seedlings, they harvest select crops from the medicinal garden to begin the drying process.
FALL 2021

Formulating the first limited edition Estate Blend Collection product
All the harvested herbs from Moss Creek Farm undergo the same proprietary Energized, Botanical Infusion Process as other Annmarie Skin Care products.
