As much as we champion the life-brightening effects of a beauty that begins on the inside first and foremost, we’re just as prone to inward frustrations as anyone.
Our friends Sarah Fragoso, a fitness and wellness coach, and Dr. Brooke Kalanick, a hormone expert, host a podcast called Better Everyday that talks deeply about internal health and wellness—they cover everything from hormones and diet to ancestral health and autoimmune issues—and they regularly bring on expert guests to share their knowledge.
We are obvious proponents of using pure skin care and products with natural ingredients that really plump, strengthen, and brighten your skin, but when Sarah and Dr. Brooke reached out to us saying that they’ve been loving our products and wanted to include us on their podcast, we were humbled.
Although they don’t exactly think of themselves as “experts,” they are. Our COO, Rachel, and our staff esthetician, Abby, have more than two decades of combined skin care knowledge that range from the treatment room to skin science to synthetic and natural ingredients.
That expertise wasn’t lost on the Better Everyday Hosts and they interviewed Rachel and Abby on the podcast, to get a deeper look into things like endocrine disruptors in skin care ingredients, the truth about “perfumes,” how to choose fantastic sun protection, and (of course) the Annmarie Skin Care line.
Here's what they say in their own words:
Better Everyday #82 Beautiful, Natural Skincare from Annmarie Skin Care
As you know we’re in love with Annmarie Skin Care! We’ve been going on and on about it lately and from what we’ve heard you all are loving it too! You know it is an opportunity to lessen harmful chemicals and endocrine disruptors by choosing cleaner skincare products and luckily we have way better choices than we did in the past. Finding natural skin care that’s good for us, the environment and um, well, actually works hasn’t been so easy in the past! To talk more about their particular brand of natural beauty we had two experts from the Annmarie team on this episode. We were able to talk more in depth about the problems with cosmetic labeling and how you can be more educated when choosing a product, the grassroots story behind the Annmarie brand and what products from their line may be the best suited for your unique skin concerns.
Rachel and Abby from Annmarie Skin Care join us today lending their expertise to our so far flawless experience with this line – we love it! And we loved having them on. Tune in below to get the inside scoop on this beautiful line.
