Annmarie Skin Care products are obviously our go-to’s for all things skin and body related. But what’s lining the rest of our shelves?
For this month’s Cup of Tea, our team was beyond excited to share our favorite green products. Checking labels is a little bit of an obsession around here, and the ASC team is highly conscious when it comes to knowing what goes in our bodies and in our homes. (If this interests you as well, check out this resource for more info on clean skincare, and read here for more information on non-toxic house cleaning.)
We know the ASC community values safe, natural, and eco-friendly products as much as we do. That’s why we’re sharing with you! These are products that are environmentally friendly, ethically sourced, and safe for your body + home.

Sun Potion Chlorella Powder is my absolute favorite. I drink regularly in the morning on an empty stormach! I notice improved digestion and glowy skin. Another positive is it doubles as a great mask. I mix it with water or our Neroli Toning Mist.

Solstic Energy – an energy and metabolism drink mix. I mix it with water when I hit that 3 o’clock wall.

EO alcohol wipes, I literally can’t live my life without these. I know alcohol isn’t *great* to rub on our hands all of the time, BUT these are so essential for travel (especially in dirty planes!) I wipe my cell phone and dashboard in my car with them often, too. Lavender smells oh so good!

Native deodorant – Love coconut & vanilla and citrus & herbal musk scents. I feel like the scents itself are really nice on their own, but mellow enough that it melds well with your natural scent, too. Healthforce Vitamineral Green Powder – Love adding this to all of my smoothies and sometimes nuttier/roasted-flavored teas for that extra health extra wealth, you know what I’m sayiiiiin.

I travel a lot and living out of my backpack means I needed to pair down the things I take along with me—there are a few that I make sure that I always take along with me. Caboo Baby Wipes are the best wipes I’ve found for travel. My skin is super sensitive and in places where there’s no running water (think weeks of camping at a time) regular wipes can leave me irritated, not these!
Another thing I love is Sanandi’s Deep Nourishing Cream—it’s great for any type of skin issue, I’ve used it on tight, sun dried skin, rough hands and feet (rock climb hands), and cuts and burns. It’s an awesome all-purpose cream so I don’t have to bring several products with me.
Badger Balm Lavender SPF 30—This is another really sensitive product that works great for oily skin. I’ve used it in the desert and in the snow for sun protection. A little bit goes a long way and it smells great!

I really love a supplement that I take for “women’s health”. Its a GLA Complex w/ sunflower seed oil, and it has helped me beyond belief! Also, our Radiant Skin Silk Body Lotion… I don’t think I could live without it! LOL

I absolutely love Auromere’s toothpaste. It’s an Ayurvedic herbal blend, free of any of the nasties and works like a charm. I’ve been using it for years, and while trying so many other brands I always have a tube of this in my bathroom. I LOVE it!

I am a huge fan of La Tierra Sagrada hair products – there are only a few products in the line and they all smell beyond amazing and work incredibly well. I have their coconut oil based hair mask, jojoba oil based hair oil, and sea salt spray.
There are very few ingredients in each product with a combination scent of lavender and palo santo – they are also unique in that they contain ayahuasca vine extract which provides a relaxing and restorative effect on the scalp. I plan on acquiring the shampoo and conditioner soon… in fact… I think I may go do one of the hair masks now! mmmm

I’m obsessed with the Dream Weaver Mist from Fat & the Moon- its a blend of a mugwort distillation made from wild mugwort, homemade lavender hydrosol, homemade California Poppy tincture and essential oils of clary sage. Mugwort is a powerful herb that elicits vivid dreams, and the CA poppy and lavender add a calming effect. I spray it on my pillow every night before bed!
My other favorite products I carry around to be as ‘green’ as possible? A set of bamboo utensils and muslin bags. I try to reduce waste and shrink my carbon footprint as much as possible, and this means never using plastic utensils or plastic bags. I keep utensils and a water bottle on my person at all times for eating on the go!

Acure Dry Shampoo for those oily roots! Lil Fox Organics, her whole line is incredible, I epecially love her chamomile infusion makeup remover and bath salts. For Atlas, Badger Products are my go-to. We use this chamomile and calendula baby balm after his baths, makes him smell so yummy and helps his skin stay nourished.
Crystal Body Deodorant, its literally just straight salt from the earth and it works! Alaffia Coconut Chai Shower Gel is amazing and really wakes you up in the morning. Bio Kleen Liquid Laundry Detergent is what I use to wash my families clothes.

8 greens is the most amazing green fizz drink on the market. I get all my daily servings of fruits & veggies all in one yummy tablet you drop into a cold glass of water and have a wonderful treat

First off, coconut oil! Also, I recently started making my own vinegar window cleaner. Its just vinegar, water and a couple drops of Mrs.Meyers dish soap!
I am a huge fan of Mrs.Meyers cleaning products because they’re safe and have much cleaner ingredients than most household cleaners.
I finally found a natural deodorant that doesn’t give me a rash too which is the Alba brand. I love them all but lavender is my favorite scent. They also have an incredibly moisturizing shave cream that is vegan and gluten free.
I use seventh day non scented laundry detergent and fabric softener and add lavender essential oil for scent.
Also, not skincare but it’s somewhat green…Stasher bags! You can store makeup, food, anything you want in them! They’re reusable silicone storage bags. Similar sizes to normal Ziploc bags we typically have in our kitchen but these can be frozen, boiled, cooked in the oven and can store a variety of products and because they’re reusable, they help reduce a ton of waste.
I can go on. Lol

My favorite green products are Dr. Bronners soap, we love all the flavors, almond hemp, eucalyptus, lavender, and Farmacy Beauty Green Screen SPF 30, it goes on silky smooth and doesn’t leave a white cast, plus it’s mineral based! And of course, Annmarie Herbal Facial Oil for Normal/Combination Skin!
Susan Onstott Graham
My favorite green cleaning product is Thieves Oil by Young Living. Does an amazing job of cleaning so many things and smells like cinnamon and cloves!
Pam
Coconut oil.

My favourite product is the newest one in our household, so it’s top of my mind. I love BEESWAX AND COTTON RE-USABLE FOOD WRAPS! ‘Pretty’s’ up the fridge, and I feel good about no plastic wrap or plastic containers.

Hi!
I use Dr. Bonner’s peppermint soap, borax and a favorite essential oil like lemon or orange, (or what is needed for that moment!) as a laundry wash.
I use vinegar and baking soda to clean stainless steel pots and pans, sprinkle baking soda, spray vinegar with spray bottle, let soak 5- 20 minutes, use a microfiber washable cloth or for touch stains a paper towel and pots are like new!
I use honey for sties, a therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil for skin tags or boils, they work gradually but do amazing things in harmony with the body and I use honey, Melaleuca essential oil mixed with emu oil for irritation or flare ups on my skin, put on over night and find it works to clear the issues.
I also feel spending time breathing with, listening to and giving gratitude or appreciating the earth and my body expands the energy of enlivenment, harmony and love on the planet.
Kathy
My favorite green product is homemade vinegar weed killer. I refuse to use glyphosate products in our yard. It’s not something I want to expose my dogs to or the environment.
