As a team, we always share recipes and tips to keep our family meals healthy and yummy. So it was no surprise when Lisa, always sharing the best team recipes, stepped into her funky kitchen to create delicious fare to share with the world. She has been making magic in her kitchen as a chocolatier for years.

Traditionally, granola is a breakfast and snack food consisting of rolled oats, puffed rice, nuts, honey, or other sweeteners, such as brown sugar, and usually baked until toasted. Emi’s Garden is different, containing raw, natural ingredients, no oats, no rice, and no processed sugar. Packed full of protein since it contains raw nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans, and cashews—did we mention it is paleo-friendly? This grain-free granola is made with freeze-dried organic fruit and organic nuts that are soaked for up to 24 hours—resulting in an activated granola that’s easier to digest with all nutrients intact. This small batch method keeps the flavors vibrant and textures rich.
