Tulsi Infusion
“Hello friends! One of my very favorite summer drinks is a tulsi infusion. I begin the day by plucking a small handful of fresh tulsi leaves and making a jar of tea with them. When I start sipping, the tea is hot. But as the day flows on, my tea gets cold. Luckily this tea is delicious hot or cold! Enjoy!”
Ingredients
1/2 cup tulsi (holy basil) leaves
Instructions
For a nourishing overnight infusion, add your tulsi to a mason jar, and fill the rest of the jar with hot water. Cover and let sit overnight. In the AM, place your infusion in the refrigerator, and you can expect iced tulsi tea by lunchtime!
