There's something palpable in the air when the seasons change, and the transition from winter to spring feels extra special. Temperatures rise and we get reacquainted with our friend Vitamin D, the hills turn green, and wildflowers start to speckle the sides of the road.
We've certainly noticed it here at the Annmarie office- the neighborhood wisteria bushes hang heavy with purple blossoms, and we've been cracking the windows just to hear the birds singing outside. Can you say dreamy?

Springtime energy manifests in many different ways: some take time for personal growth or starting new projects, others take advantage of the sun and get outside. Leaving space for ritual and stopping to smell the roses (literally) is one of our favorite ways to take on the season with intention and gratitude.
