Thanks for an Amazing Year! Our 2018 Recap is Here

Another year has come and gone, and we can hardly believe all that we’ve done this year, between launching new products, starting a new subscription program, and all the office fun we have.

Of course, we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you guys—our incredible customers. It’s our shared commitment to a better, greener, cleaner world that keeps our doors open everyday, and for that, we thank you endlessly.

We can’t wait to see what the next year brings! Til then, here’s our 2018 recap.

 3 new products launched this year

Our Beauty Blend Tea launched early this February, and we haven’t stopped sipping it since. Packed with nourishing herbs like hand-selected yerba mate, nettle, and horsetail, Beauty Blend stimulates and supports a healthy glow from within.

Next up came our Probiotic Serum with Tremella, an incredibly hydrating elixir packed with cutting edge ingredients like probiotic ferment and tremella mushrooms. This restorative formulation works overtime to protect the skin against environmental stressors.

Last but certainly not least came the Illuminating Pearl Mask, AKA a spa day in a tub, our most luxurious, hydrating, and brightening mask yet.

Oh and don’t worry, we’re already working on some treats for next year.

480 cups of kombucha consumed at HQ

Yes, you read that right. Our headquarters is complete with a keg of kombucha, and we downed 480 cups this year. Yay gut health!

136 heart cards sent

Heart cards are a favorite around the office—they’re little, anonymous notes we write to each other, letting our teammates know that we appreciate them. Since launching in the summer, we’ve sent 136 between 20 of us.

41,479 questions answered by our Customer Happiness team

At the heart of everything we do is our customers. Our incredible Customer Happiness team works tirelessly with the utmost kindness and diligence to ensure that our customers are taken care of.

This year, they answered 41,479 tickets (gasp!) This includes helping out on anything from returns, to site issues, to answering questions about our products, and everything in between.

Face mapping is a theory that suggests the location of your acne could present clues about what’s causing it. Traditional Chinese medicine, for example, maintains that a weakness or toxicity in a certain organ or gland in the body can result in acne showing up in certain areas of the skin.

Although Face Mapping was our most popular, it was originally published in 2016.
